i took it to be framed... never had enough money for about a month.  i came to collect the painting and pay about $125.00. ( i had painstakingly saved it by doing pencil portraits for $25.00.)  .   the framing store owner had sold it.  he seemed mad at me for not coming sooner.  oh,  well.

someday i will see it in some museum.
